- Students need to have a USB storage drive for this class and bring it to class EVERY DAY – DO NOT LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT!! Forgetting to bring your supplies is NOT an acceptable excuse for not working - you will receive a grade of F for missing that day's work.
- Listen carefully to instructions the first time they are given! It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to let me know then if there is anything you don’t understand - your job is to ask questions, mine is to answer them. Iif there is still something you don't understand just keep asking questions until you do understand.
- If you miss class please, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to find out what was assigned and turn it in within 2 days. Absence is NOT an acceptable excuse for not turning in work. DO NOT WAIT FOR ME TO ASK FOR LATE WORK!!!!! Excessive absences WILL negatively affect your final grade in class.
- Late assignments will be accepted ONLY at MY discretion and must be turned in within a reasonable amount of time, however they may be penalized one grade letter for each day late, incomplete assignments will receive a grade of "0".
- ALL class work MUST be done in class and you must show evidence of original work to receive credit. WORK DONE AT HOME WITHOUT MY SPECIFIC PERMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A GRADE!
- DO NOT BRING HEADPHONES OR ELECTRONIC PLAYERS INTO THIS CLASSROOM! Expect any/all personal electronic devices to be taken from you immediately and sent to the main office for parent pickup.
- Playing ANY TYPE of game AT ANY TIME in class NO MATTER WHAT EXCUSE YOU HAVE is an AUTOMATIC DETENTION! (* yes this DOES include computer games, mobile games, card games, etc).
- ANY incidence of cheating or turning in another student's work is an automatic grade of F for the project, a call home and a referral!
- If something doesn’t work tell me immediately – otherwise I will have to assume that YOU broke it.
- Class is not over until I dismiss you – PLEASE STAY SEATED UNTIL I DO!
- Sign out with your name, period number and the time you are leaving EVERY time you leave the room during class time. You may NOT leave if another student is signed out - WAIT YOUR TURN! Detentions will be given to those who cannot follow the rules.
- If late to class you must sign the TARDY SHEET.
- Students who expect to earn a good grade in class should come prepared to learn, to stay seated, to stay reasonably quiet, to STAY ON TASK and to turn their work in ON TIME!
