              • in fourth section use a pen to create the stippling technique

• Using page 45 as a reference, suggest 3-D form by using shading techniques on worksheet page 146 “Practice Shading Techniques”

• Worksheet p14 LIGHT AND SHADE (DO NOT WRITE ON THE WORKSHEETS!!)

              Follow directions for Tasks 17, 18, & 19 (use a soft pencil, not chalk on Task 19)

• DRAWING FROM OBSERVATION: apply what you learned in the shading worksheet to real, 3-Dimensional forms. 

  1. Fold 12 x 18 drawing paper in half and then half again creating 4 sections
  2. Place a strong light source on the objects and draw what you using a different shading technique in each section
