YEARBOOK INFORMATION

 

*ATTENTION KNIGHTS...

*Yearbook pre-sales will begin on Tuesday, August 30th at Open House for $65.  This will be the ONLY day they will be $65, so take advantage of the "early bird" discount.  Pre-order a yearbook in the cafeteria at Open House.  Remember: CASH ONLY!

*Yearbook pre-sales will resume on campus beginning Tuesday, September 6th in Room 208 for $70 (cash only).  Yearbooks will be sold on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY both before and after school.  The yearbook price will go up to $75 on October 1st!

Please see the following schedule of yearbook prices for the 2011-2012 school year:

The month of September - $70

The month of October - $75

November 1st through January 12th - $80

January 24th through March 8th - $85

Name plates for yearbooks - $6

*Yearbook pre-sales end on March 8th.  Yearbook sales will resume in May.  At that time, yearbooks will cost $90 and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

*There are NO REFUNDS on yearbooks.

*Yearbooks may only be purchased BEFORE and AFTER school on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS.

*Remember: Yearbooks must be purchased with CASH ONLY!!!

*Underclassmen pictures will be taken on campus in the gymnasium on Monday, October 17th and in the auditorium on Tuesday, October 18th.  Package price information will be sent home with students on October 7th for those interested in purchasing pictures.  Students who wish to purchase their pictures must bring the price form and a form of payment (check, money order, or cash in the exact amount) with them on picture day.

*Underclassmen picture make-up day (grades 9-11) will be held on Thursday, November 17th, all day in the auditorium.  Package price information forms will be available in the front office, student services, and Room 208 for any students interested in purchasing pictures.  Students may pick up a package price information form from any one of these locations.  Students who wish to purchase their pictures must bring the package price information form and a form of payment (check, money order, or cash in the exact amount) with them on picture day.  This will be the last opportunity for students to have their pictures taken for the yearbook.  Students who purchased pictures on the original picture day will be receiving those pictures on November 14th and 15th.  Students who wish to retake those pictures may do so on November 17th; however, the original pictures must be returned to the company, so students must bring those pictures with them to the auditorium on Thursday if they want to retake them.

*SENIORS: Prestige Portraits will be on campus on Thursday, October 20th and Friday, October 21st in the auditorium to take senior pictures.  Any seniors who have not taken their senior pictures and wish to schedule an appointment, please see Ms. Holley in Room 208 before or after school.  Only those seniors who have an appointment scheduled will be permitted to take senior pictures on these days.

*SENIORS: Please note the information below regarding senior pictures.  Seniors must have their senior pictures taken by November 1st to be included in the yearbook.

Seniors must choose TWO pictures for the yearbook.  One must be a FORMAL picture with a BLUE background.  The other can be any casual picture.  BOTH pictures must be of vertical orientation, not landscape.

NOTE: Seniors who choose pictures that do not fit these yearbook requirements will have their pictures automatically overridden and changed to accommodate the yearbook style guidelines.

 

*SENIORS: The Class of 2012 panoramic portrait will be taken in the gymnasium on Tuesday, January 31st at 9:00 a.m.  All seniors should wear red for the picture.

*SENIORS: Cap and gown pictures will be taken on campus in the auditorium on Friday, February 24th.  Pictures will be taken by appointment only, specifically for those who are purchasing their pictures.  (Pictures must be purchased at the time of the scheduled appointment.)  Please see Ms. Holley in room 208 to schedule an appointment.

*Senior Ads are available for purchase in the 2011-2012 yearbook.  Please contact Ms. Holley in Room 208 if you wish to buy a senior ad.  Senior ad deadline is March 9th.  Prices are as follows:
