EXTRA CREDIT: NEED A FEW POINTS? LOOK BELOW, BUT be sure to follow the exact assignment. Ask me in class rather than do it incorrectly as it is all or no credit. Keep a sheet in the very back of your notebook titled EXTRA CREDIT. RECORD anytime I give you extra credit. You must write exactly what I gave it for and the date. You must get signed by the following week for it to count. Just come to my desk and ask me to sign it. You never know when you may need these points.
Enjoy the journey!
Up to 25 points
Must be turned in no later than February 13. You must turn them all in at once. You get 5 pts. per page completed and turned in on time.
NOTEBOOK DIVIDERS
Using a computer, make a divider for the following chapters in the Personal Fitness for You Textbook.
1). Ch 1-3-Be sure to represent each chapter on your one sheet for this one.
2). Ch 4
3). Ch 6
4). Ch 11-12
5.) LABS/CHARTS
For credit you must do the following:
Use pictures, phrases; charts and words to show the theme of the chapters.
Write 3 facts that you think are very important to remember for an end of course exam
Add color (don't over do this part). Use markers, the computer or even crayons from the classroom to add color to the divider.
Add a tab. If you have store bought tabs, you can just use those. If not, just cut a piece of paper and glue it to the top, middle or lower portion of the divider.
In class, you can punch the holes, paperclip them together add your name to each one ON THE BACK with your period and date turned in to the tray.
After I record your extra credit, you can add them to your notebook for the notebook check.
Continue this throughout the nine weeks so you have an organized notebook for class grade.
