I'm trying something different with the TV Production / Mass Media program. These classes will sort of merge together to create a firm understanding of print rules, photography basics, effective writing skills, design elements and the development of quality video production. Quite often, assignments from these classes will overlap. If mass media is assigned a project and TV Production isn't, the description will make this clear. Programs used will include Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver, Keynote, Garageband, iMovie and Final Cut Express.

Expectations:

I have very high standards. In order to succeed in this class, you must meet my very high standards. If you don't meet my very high standards, chances are disappointment will accompany your class grade. My advice - meet my very high standards.

Due to the nature of television production, groupwork is essential. Groups are never set by me and may change from assignment to assignment. Group members may not leave a group or be kicked out of a group in the middle of an assignment. If you are not happy about the way a group works, be sure not to be included in that group for the next assignment. It is your responsibility to join a group.
