TV Production 1 is the introduction to Monarch's 1st Hour Productions. MHS handles its TV program quite differently than other high schools. This course covers Keynote (in ways you never thought possible), Fireworks and iMovie. Students will gain a firm understanding of print and photography techniques, as well as numerous skills in video creation.

Expectations:

I have very high standards. In order to succeed in this class, you must meet my very high standards. If you don't meet my very high standards, chances are disappointment will accompany your class grade. My advice - meet my very high standards.

Due to the nature of television production, groupwork is essential. Groups are never set by me and may change from assignment to assignment. Group members may not leave a group or be kicked out of a group in the middle of an assignment. If you are not happy about the way a group works, be sure not to be included in that group for the next assignment. It is your responsibility to join a group.
