CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS: 

• ID badges must be worn at all times (school policy)
• Be in your assigned seat, with work out, when the bell rings.
• Raise your hand and wait to be recognized before you speak.
• Please stay in your seats unless you have permission to move.
• Keep ALL food and drinks out of the classroom.
• Laptops will be closed unless instructed to do an on-line assignment or research.
• ALL CELL PHONES NEED TO BE TURNED OFF DURING CLASS-NOT ON VIBRATE
• I-pods are not allowed in class.
• No talking during morning announcements.
• We will work for the entire 90-minute block.
• Passes will not be handed out during the first or last 10 minutes of each period.

SUGGESTED SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIALS:

• Number 2 pencil
• 3 ring binder with loose leaf paper & 6 tab dividers (warm ups, notes, homework, vocabulary, significant numbers, and quizzes/tests)
• Scientific calculator or TI -83 Plus Graphing Calculator
• Composition book

•  Tests- 50%                                                        A  90-100                     
•  Quizzes- 30%                                                     B  80-89
• Homework- 15%                                                  C  70-79
• Participation- 5%                                                  D  60-69

HOMEWORK/CLASS POLICY:

• Homework is to be written out and all work shown for full credit.
• Homework is due on the following day.
• Late homework will result in a lower grade.
• Incomplete homework will result in a lower grade.
