Materials Required:  1 inch 3 ring binder notebook

                                     Proper dress out clothes and shoes

Course Purpose:  To provide students with the opportunity to develop an individual optimal level of physical fitness.

                               To aquire knowledge of physical fitness concepts and of the significance of lifestyle on one's health and fitness.

Course Requirements:

              -Classroom work 2 days a week (Tues. and Thurs.)

              -Fitness labs 3 days a week (Mon., Wed., and Fri.)

              -Written tests and quizzes

              -Notebook - Bring to class every day

             

Classroom Requirements:

              -Be in the locker room before the tardy bell rings on activity days

              -Do not share clothing or lockers

              -Dress out on activity days regardless of weather conditions

              -Be on time to class, that means in your sear when the bell rings

              -Have your Notebook (with paper and a writing utensil) on classroom days

              -Use appropriate social skills, showing respect for others at all times

              -Be a "Knight" exhibit all characteristics found in the Knights Code of Chivalry

              -Improper dress or behavior can and will result in dismissal from the classroom environment by way

              of a referral

A = 100 - 90              B = 89 - 80            C = 79 - 70            D = 69 - 60              F = 59 - 0
