T.E.A.M. - Together Everyone Achieves More

Play Like Someone Is Watching You For The First Time And The Last

My name is Joe Franco.  It is my pleasure to introduce myself as the Head Baseball Coach for Monarch High School.   My goals for this program are to teach the fundamentals of baseball and to establish a winning tradition here at Monarch High School.

Background Info:

I played High School baseball at Coral Springs High School.  I was a four year varsity player and two year captain as well as a player on The

Coral Springs Pokers for the summer of 2002.

I played my first two years of college ball at Palm Beach Community College where I made First Team All-Academic State Team for Baseball.

I played my last two years of college ball at Nova Southeastern University where I compiled All Sunshine-State Conference Team Honors my

senior year.   At NSU I became the single season saves leader while competing at the NCAA D2 level, and my senior year I led the

Sunshine-State Conference in saves and was 5th in the nation with 12 saves.

I was a middle-reliever and closer in college who threw no harder than 81 MPH.

I have baseball experience, and I know this program is going to develop into something special.
