SAF is open to all interested parents and community members, meets monthly, and serves as an advisory organization at Monarch High School. SAF provides opportunities for members to discuss and recommend actions on a variety of school issues, including School Accountability Report (SPAR), educational needs and priorities of the school, budget, use of community resources to improve student achievement and school effectiveness, and increasing community support for the school.
