Spanish Club

The Spanish Club encourages student participation in games, trips, and a cornucopia of cultural activities. These activities may include watching films from Latin America and Spain, traveling to local ethnic restaurants, attending a variety of thematic parties and celebrations, including piñata parties, a 'Dia de los Muertos' party, a Christmas party and other celebrations which may feature the preparation of foods traditional in Spanish-speaking cultures.

If you haven't signed up for Spanish club this year, pay your $5 dues to any of the Spanish teachers ASAP. You don't have to be in Spanish to be a member so your other amigos can join. You do have to participate in four of the club activities throughout the year to be a member, but we will have many activities scheduled at different times and on different days to work around everyone's obligations. One activity is our fundraiser and you just have to sell candy or brownies. The proceeds go towards sending care packages to soldiers deployed abroad.

Fiesta Navideña

We are lucky to have a variety of students from different countries.  So far we have members from: Dominican Republic, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, and Puerto Rico.
