After School Tournament #2 Field Trip Form & Vehicle Auth.	Wednesday October 7, 2009	$3	Leave from school for University School, Davie; 2 rounds & Awards; Home by 7:30 p.m.
FFL Regionals (Taravella H.S.)			Anyone can compete, qualifiers for states
FFL States			If you qualify

Judges:

Parents are needed as judges. If we do not have enough judges, we will not be able to attend tournaments. Please complete the clearance form to judge/chaperone.

Transportation:

Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation. You must complete the Vehicle Authorization form.

Field trip forms and registration fees:

Must be turned in 5 school days prior to the tournament.
