Powder Puff Information-

You must have or turn in a physical, consent form and a copy of your insurance card with a sign up fee of $20 to play. All forms and money are due no later than Tuesday, April 22nd to Ms Schiano in room 263 (3rd and 4th period, Math Planning 1st). Sign ups are first came, free serve basis. Only 25 spots available.
