2.  Students will only succeed if teachers set high expectations for all students to achieve, and implement high-yield instructional strategies towards that goal.

3.  Students succeed when they take ownership of their own educational success and are involved in extracurricular activities.

4.  We believe "it takes a village to raise a  child". That teacher-parent-student-community relationships are integral to student success.
